These photos were taken with a converted Nikon D100 digital camera responding to radiation in the 700-1200 nM range (0.7-1.2 microns). Note that there is no general relation of tones compared to what the human eye would perceive. Although there appears to be snow on the ground, these were taken on a hot and hazy July day.
