You may place an order with us by telephone. Call 518-854-9280 to place your order. You can call at any reasonable time, but the best time is from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 PM EST/EDST (1700 to 2300 hrs GMT) Monday through Friday, other times by chance. At certain times you may get an answering machine. If you get our machine you can leave your order information and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please speak slowly and distinctly and leave a brief message. We DO return phone calls.

Tech Support is also available also by phone, but sometimes it is better handled by Email (we can send you information, manuals, or other documents much more easily this way).
