You may place an order with us by telephone. Call 518-854-9280 to place your order. You can call at any reasonable time, but the best time is from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 PM EST/EDST (1700 to 2300 hrs GMT) Monday through Friday, other times by chance. At certain times you may get an answering machine. If you get our machine you can leave your order information and we will get back to you as necessary. Tech Support is available preferably by Email (we can send you information, manuals, or other documents much more easily this way) at support@northcountryradio.com or by phone at 518-854-9280 afternoons (EST/EDST), other times by chance.
